Important Booking Information for LMSM 2020

  • You can book your table(s) directly through our website under the Book A Table tab!!
  •  Your payment must be recieved ONE week after your reservation e-mail confirmation.  If we do not recieve your payment by that date your spot will be released and will be available to the waiting list.
  • Rectangular tables and special requests are sold as the payments are recieved by LMSM (first come…first serve).
  • You will be considered to be a Business Vendor if you are selling any items that is NOT your children’s gently used toys, clothes etc.
  • You can share your Private Table booking with a friend but you will have to reserve a minimum of 3 tables.  Prior LMSM sale experiences have been that two people sharing 1-2 tables has made the floor space too crowded.  Please be aware of the extra room that sharing requires…the more space you have to spread your items out the better they will sell. Most of our shoppers don’t want to dig through too much dis-organization!
  • Business Tables cannot share space with other Business Tables or with Personal Tables at this time.  You may purchase both a Business Table and a Private Table and we will make sure they are set up next to each other.  Please include that request in your e-mail.
  • You can plan your space on a 6 ft. rectangular table. Once those have sold out, we will bring in the 60″ round tables.  You will have 2 feet on either side of your table plus approximately 3 feet in front as floor space.
  • The line up of shoppers is split and sent through each arena at the same time.  After the first hour, one entrance will be closed and one will remain open.  This “floating entrance” will be alternated every 30 minutes to make sure that each arena gets the same amount of shoppers.
  •  We do not reimburse tables fees for inclement weather. So pray the weather is good!!!

  • 1st table $110 (Incluedes 100 LMSM Grab Bag Inserts)

Special Requests: $30

Backing onto the netting, table placements (specific arena, near a plug in, outside/inside ring, corner etc.).  Spaces are limited so please wait for confirmations before including a special request in your payment!  Each request is $30. Please feel free to request a specific set up time (no charge).

Grab Bags: $20/100 Bags

Business Table Vendors have 100 inserts included in thier table fee. We willl be handing out  250 Grab bags per sale. You do not have to be a participant in the sale to participate in the Grab Bags. Please see the Grab Bags tab on our website for more information and for drop off locations.

Payment Options:

  • PayPal – please add $5 to cover the transfer fees, info@littlemonstersswapmeet.com
  • Cash / Cheque – delivered to 1234 Westerra Crescent, Stony Plain. Please leave in the mailbox. Cheques need to be made out to Amanda Wilson.

ON THE Monday BEFORE YOUR LMSM SALE DATE, YOU WILL BE E-MAILED A PASSWORD THAT WILL GIVE YOU ACCESS TO THE VENDOR SET UP PAGE ON OUR WEBSITE. This section will outline the LMSM sale guidelines and have details about floats, what to sell, and ideas on how to display your items etc. Your set up times will be available on the bottom of the Vendor Set Up page on our website a this time.

PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE SALE DATE!! If you need to cancel before then please send an e-mail to info@littlemonstersswapmeet.com and we will refund your payment minus the $25 registration fee and open up your table reservation to someone else.
